

The middle school years are very critical in a students academic career. The foundation for higher academic levels is laid at this level. To keep pace with the challenges in academics and become lifelong learners the students are motivated to acquire in depth conceptual knowledge.



The activity based pedagogy is designed to encourage development of life skills like problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, creative thinking, time management, effective communication, and positive values and attitudes. Some of the activities include:
- Dictation, group discussions, poem recitation, short stand-up presentations, and speeches to strengthen the oral and listening comprehension.
- Research projects which require students to research literature either individually or as a group, prepare a report and/or present their observations/conclusions using information technology within a predefined time period.
- Fun math lab activities to remove math phobia.
- Field trips to connect theory with practical examples.
- Preparing static and working models and charts which are displayed in exhibitions and symposiums from time to time.

Additional English and Mathematics teacher are on-staff for remedial classes.
