Well equipped and has a large number of apparatus including but not limited to periscope, astronomical telescope, sextant device, potential meter, meter-bridge, transformers, and digital balance.
Students learn laboratory techniques and perform experiments on topics such as characterisation and purification of chemical substances, pH change, chemical equilibrium, and quantitative estimation and analysis.
To enhance the understanding of the students the lab has a unique collection of models, slides, charts and specimens of plants and animals.
Students of classes 2nd through 12th visit the lab per their curriculum calendar. The class typically begins with a demonstration by the subject teacher followed by a "hands-on" exercise. Students visit the computer lab in batches. At no given time the entire class visits the lab simultaneously. This allows the teacher to address individual queries comprehensively with minimum student wait time.
Students learn skills that help with their overall growth.
The objective of the lab is to promote interest in math, reduce the "math phobia", and make math fun. Students learn mathematical concepts; verify mathematical facts and theorems via a variety of activities that involve the use of several objects, models or paper cutting and folding techniques.
